Josh Lewis has spent the last 10 years devoting his management skills to help grow the businesses he has been in. He has learned that the ultimate growth of your business is fueled by the growth of your people. It is his passion to help others grow in the areas of managing their people. He has helped take companies ranked from the 900th position to the top 20% of the company. He has developed people across positions, including helping others getting promoted to higher management. Through his unique skills of managing and growing people he has helped increase morale, lower turnover, drive profit and build successful organizations. It is now his goal to help others learn the same skills he has learned, and help them apply it to their daily routines so a newly promoted manager can become a successful leader.
